Weybridge stretches from the Thames and the River Wey at its northern end, through Oatlands and the town centre, to the large houses of St George's Hill in the south. It is a short drive across from our base in Oxshott, past Cobham, and we clean carpets, rugs and upholstery across the whole of KT13.
A lot of Weybridge homes have good quality wool carpets, natural fibre runners on the stairs and rugs that are worth looking after properly. That is where our experience counts. We are Woolsafe approved, with a Woolsafe Registered Inspector, so we know which products, temperatures and moisture levels each fibre can take, and we never put a valuable carpet at risk to save time.
Before we start: clearing and assessing
A good clean starts before the machine comes in. We ask you to clear small items first, then we look closely at the carpet or upholstery: the fibre, how it is made, the traffic lanes and any marks that need individual attention. That assessment decides the method. A synthetic family room carpet and a wool stair runner should not be cleaned the same way.
We then tell you what we are going to do, what it will cost and what to expect. If a stain has changed the colour of the fibre and is unlikely to come out completely, you hear that before we begin, not after.
The clean itself
Once the carpet has been vacuumed, we apply a non-toxic conditioning pre-spray that loosens embedded dirt, and spot treat individual stains. The pre-spray is then worked into the fabric with a brush so it reaches the deeper dirt. Agitated, not just sprayed.
Next we rinse with hot water extraction at 120°C, using our Power-Flex Storm 800psi machine. The heat and pressure flush out soil and cleaning solution together and kill dust mites and bacteria in the fibres. The carpet is groomed for a uniform finish and left to dry for a few hours, with our turbo dryer fan if needed. Once it is dry, we recommend a carpet protector or Scotchgard to help it resist dirt and stains and stretch the time between cleans.
Stain treatment and a fresh deodoriser are included every time, and our cleaning agents are free from harsh or caustic chemicals, so they are safe with children and pets.

Stairs, landings and runners
In most homes the stairs take more foot traffic than any other carpet, and the wear shows first on the front edge of each tread. A stair runner or a fitted wool stair carpet can look flat and grey long before the rooms do. Every tread gets the same full process as a room: pre-vacuum, pre-spray, spot treatment and agitation with a brush, then hot water extraction at 120°C, so the worn edges get properly rinsed rather than just sprayed.
Stairs and landing cost £45, the same as a room. Because the minimum charge for any job is £110, most Weybridge customers book the stairs alongside a hallway, lounge or bedrooms, or with a sofa, so one visit covers the carpets that see the most use.
Persian, oriental and hand knotted rugs
Weybridge customers often ask us about rugs, and we are happy to help. Persian, oriental and hand knotted rugs are usually wool or silk with natural dyes, so we test the dyes before any wet cleaning and use pH neutral, Woolsafe approved products. Silk and antique pieces get minimal agitation and carefully controlled moisture, or a low moisture dry cleaning method. Synthetic rugs can take hot water extraction at 120°C and more intensive stain treatment.

Upholstery, mattresses and hard floors
We clean sofas, armchairs, dining chairs, footstools and upholstered headboards in your home, including velvet, wool, silk, linen and leather. Every sofa cushion is cleaned front and back, along with the whole base. A two-seater is £110, a three-seater £130 and a four-seater £140, with armchairs at £45. We also clean mattresses from £40, and deep clean or strip and re-seal Amtico and LVT floors from £110 per room, which is useful in kitchens and garden rooms where carpet and hard floor meet.
