The difference agitation makes
Plenty of carpet cleaners spray a solution onto the carpet and suck it straight back out. It looks quick, but the detergent never really gets to the dirt at the base of the pile. We do it differently.
After a thorough pre-vacuum, we apply a conditioning pre-spray and spot treat individual stains. Then we agitate, brushing the solution into the fibres so it can break the bond between the dirt and the carpet. Only then do we rinse with hot water extraction at 120°C, using our Power-Flex Storm 800psi machine, which lifts out the loosened soil and the cleaning solution together and kills bacteria and dust mites as it goes.
We finish by grooming the pile so it dries evenly, and bring a turbo dryer fan if you need the room back sooner. Stain treatment and a deodoriser are part of every clean, not an extra on the bill.

Pale carpets, pets and busy family homes
Cream and light coloured carpets look wonderful until the first traffic lane appears down the hall. We see a lot of them, and a proper clean will often bring them back to a colour you had forgotten they were. Coffee, red wine, ink, mud and pet stains are each treated in their own way before the main clean, and we always tell you honestly beforehand if a mark is likely to be permanent.
Our cleaning agents are free from harsh or caustic chemicals, and hot water extraction rinses them out rather than leaving a sticky residue, so the carpet is safe for children and pets as soon as it is dry. For wool and wool blends we adjust the method to suit the fibre: we are Woolsafe approved, with a Woolsafe Registered Inspector, and fully insured.
