What a proper deep clean involves
A vacuum lifts what sits on top of the carpet. Underneath, the pile holds grit, dust mites, pet hair and the residue of spills, and that is what makes carpets look tired. To reach it, we vacuum the whole area, apply a conditioning pre-spray and spot treat individual marks, then work the solution into the fibres with a brush.
We then rinse the carpet with hot water extraction at 120°C using our Power-Flex Storm 800psi machine, which flushes out the loosened dirt and the cleaning solution and kills dust mites and bacteria at the same time. The fibres are groomed so they dry evenly, and we run a turbo dryer fan if needed. Stain treatment and deodoriser are always included, and our cleaning agents are toxic and caustic-free, so they are safe with children and pets.

Whole-house cleans, stairs and landings
Stairs and landings are usually the first place a carpet shows its age, because every trip up and down the house goes over the same few feet of pile. If those areas are looking grey, the bedrooms and lounge are often not far behind, and doing the whole house together gives a much more even result.
That is why we offer simple whole-house prices: a 2-bed house with stairs and landing is £170 and a 3-bed house with stairs and landing is £215. If you only need part of the house done, rooms are £45 each and stairs and landing are £45. Every job has a minimum charge of £110, which covers bringing and setting up the equipment.
