As well as being an extremely decent bloke, he was professional and passionate about what he was doing. I am thrilled with the results and would thoroughly recommend this company. I needed a deep clean for all my bedrooms' carpets after I moved in a property. John was very responsive and arranged to come before I would move furniture in. He did an amazing job, communication was superb, and the carpets now look like new! In addition to this, he is a very nice guy and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely use again!

Just had a totally EXCELLENT experience with Surrey Hills Cleaning who pulled out all the stops to help me with an extremely last minute end of tenancy deep clean (- when the company I had hired had really done a terrible job). John and his team were truly professional, incredibly responsive and turned around a difficult job at No notice at all understanding that I was stuck. Highly recommend Surrey Hills Cleaning and will definitely use them again. … oh and excellent value on top of all that!

John did a great job cleaning a bedroom carpet for us as well as offering excellant advice about how to deal with future types of stains. He even left us a small quantity of cleaning fluid specifically for such stains. The bedroom carpet looks really good. We would definately use Surrey Hills again, Highly recommend.

While booking they explained the service they offered properly and answered all my questions patiently. Booking was a breeze and I was given a date and time. I was kept up to date on the arranged day as to when he would arrive.While setting up he explained what he was doing while he was doing it. Gold star all through. I had four rugs cleaned that now look brand new and smell divine. Surrey Hills gave an outstanding service. I would definitely recommend and I'll be back.

I keep coming back to John. He is professional, works hard and goes an extra mile to ensure he exceeds expectations. John is equipped with powerful/modern deep cleaning/steaming machine which brilliantly removes stubborn stains left by 4year old & kills odour/bacterias left by a big dog. The good part is that you can use furniture after a few hours on a warm day.

John has cleaned a cream rug, two cream sofas and a foot stall for me. The rug and sofas were almost ready for the bin, covered in Crayola and playdoh and looking pretty grim. Now they look almost like new. John was really nice, great communication and service. Would definitely recommend 👌

I had blood all over a beige carpet and two sofas caused by a serious accident to my hand, and was convinced there was nothing to do to save the room without new furniture and carpet. I called Surrey hills cleaning who were able to squeeze me in the same day (I was turned down by 3 others prior), and they went above and beyond what I expected. The carpet and sofas are spotless and was very reasonable price. I couldn’t recommend this business enough and is the best I have come across in the area. To top it all off the lad who came round, John was so friendly. Thanks again!

From start to finish, working with Surrey Hills Cleaning was a pleasure. John was incredibly professional and explained all about the treatments he was using on our velvet sofa. He worked incredibly hard and was courteous at all times. John also took care in our house (for example, wearing shoe covers) and it’s those little things that really go a long way. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough if you want a thorough, professional and overall excellent job.

I contacted Surrey Hills Cleaning to arrange an end of tenancy clean, at relatively short notice. Helena and her team went the extra mile to accommodate the booking, attending for an early morning start the next day, and working diligently for several hours to ensure the property was cleaned to the standard required to ensure the landlord deposit was returned in full. The team were professional, courteous and showed excellent attention to detail. I would have no hesitation in recommending Surrey Hills Cleaning for an end of tenancy cleaning service.

Fantastic service from Surrey Hills Cleaning today. I wanted to make sure our carpets were all clean in advance of our new baby arriving and I couldn't be happier with the service/results. They were able to remove a coffee stain which had been there for far too long... Thoughtful, timely and the carpets were cleaned with great attention to detail. Would thoroughly recommend!
