We had John from Surrey Hills Cleaning come out today to carry out a restoration of our Amtico flooring and carpets, and I honestly cannot praise him highly enough. The care, attention to detail and passion he puts into what he does really shine through. The results have been absolutely incredible, particularly the Amtico flooring. I was recommended Surrey Hills Cleaning by a friend as my carpets were in quite a bad way. They are wool carpets and had some very heavy stains, so I honestly thought they were past saving. To my amazement, John worked absolute wonders on them. He car...efully treated the stains and managed to remove most of them, which is incredible considering how bad they were. I’m genuinely blown away by how good the carpets have come up. They look fresh, clean, and completely revived. Fantastic service, very professional, and clearly someone who takes pride in his work. I will definitely be recommending Surrey Hills Cleaning to friends and family.

John did a fantastic job on very blood stained stairs, landing and bedroom carpets. They look fab now. He arrived ahead of schedule at short notice which was great! Thank you so much. We will definitely be recommending this company to our friends 😊

Excellent service from John. Very efficient, great results, good price and a really nice guy. Thank you so much - would highly recommend.

John from Surrey Hills Cleaning did an outstanding job for us cleaning a small commercial office that had some really heavy traffic and some very stubborn stains. When he arrived, he carefully assessed the carpets and identified the worst areas befor...e getting started. What really impressed me was how he treated each individual stain rather than just rushing through the job. I was actually watching him work and it was incredible seeing some of the stains disappear right before my eyes. Naturally I had to ask what magic product he was using, but he just smiled and said it was a “special stain remover.” Whatever it was, it clearly works! John is a genuinely lovely guy, very hard-working, and extremely thorough. He managed to remove the heavy traffic lanes completely and left the carpets looking spotless — honestly like they had just been relaid with brand new carpet. Fantastic service from John at Surrey Hills Cleaning. I’ll definitely be using him again and will happily recommend him to friends and family.

Perfect work, John was great and very informative explaining everything to me!

Incredible Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning — Highly Recommended! John is hands‑down and definitely the best carpet and upholstery cleaning specialist I’ve ever used. The results were unbelievable. My carpets are revived. The stains are gone, and my sofa... is looking brand new. The whole place smells fresh and clean. He’s fast, professional, and genuinely committed to delivering top‑quality results. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing, and the transformation speaks for itself. If you need deep carpet cleaning, sofa cleaning, stain removal, or a reliable local cleaning expert, John is the one to book. Outstanding service, great value, and results that truly exceed expectations. Five stars without hesitation. I’d recommend him to anyone who wants their home looking immaculate.

If 6 stars were possible I would have given John 6. Thank you so much for such an amazing & professional job. My rugs and sofas look and smell incredible. Have to admit I was slightly embarrassed by the filthy water that came out! I have absolutely n...o hesitation in highly recommending your cleaning company. Thank you again. Lisa

Excellent service — we booked John to help remove some stains from our rugs after our dog had made a bit of a mess. The outcome was great and the rugs look so much better. Would definitely recommend 👍🏼

Great service from John, and really quick, efficient, quality cleaning of our mattress!

We had a wonderful experience with Surrey Hills Cleaning. After our child was poorly, we were left with large vomit stains on our new carpet. Given that our son had eaten curry beforehand, we didn't hold much hope of totally removing the marks. But J...ohn worked wonders and the carpet looks brand new again! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

John did a brilliant job cleaning our sofa. He was friendly and professional. The sofa is now really clean and looks much fresher. I would definitely recommend this service. Thank you.

I had sofas and a carpet cleaned by Surrey Hills cleaning. John did a fantastic job and very happy with the results. He was very professional and took the time to ensure the sofas were spotless. I would highly recommend.

Excellent job. Great service and on time. Thank you very much a lovely clean home

John did a fantastic job on my carpets (2 bed, living room). I had a assumed some stains were there for good but he spent well over the estimated time tenaciously working on them, with great results (for the same price). I'll be getting him back to d...o my sofas soon too!

Well, where do I start. I came across John just by internet search for a carpet cleaner. Nice on the phone and he sold me at the minute he explained his process of cleaning a carpet. He was on time, very lovely guy, good sense of humour and highly pr...ofessional. He did a damn good job! For what he charged, I would definitely have paid more because he did a REALLY GOOD job. Will I be using him again? 100% YES.. I get my carpets cleaned twice a year. So see in 6 months John.Looks 10 times better in real life. The pictures don’t capture the quality of his clean.
